1) Find a local artist or an artist who lives here...
2) Shoot a music video promoting their song... (With the permission from the artist)
3) Create a fan page on Facebook...
4) Upload the video there, and try people to join the page and "like" the video...
5) Send me the link of the page...
6) I will check the page on the 15th of January, 2011
You will be graded %80 percent from the video (quality, aesthetics, if it works or not, does it sell the music) and %20 percent from the popularity...
